4 Months Postpartum Progress

Just a quick check in with my trusty iPhone at the four month mark. Im still in shock that I can see some of my muscles again! I'm down another pound from last month and still have three more to go to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight. This passed month Ive done cardio at least a couple days a week and also do my at home mommy strength training (will post more on this soon).
Continuing to eat clean but indulging occasionally as well as breastfeeding in my experience, are the key to losing baby weight.

  12. You look great! Can you please tell us what you mean by eating "clean"? Do you try to avoid certain foods, like breads, etc? Also, do you jog/run or mainly walk as part of your fitness?

    1. thank you... eating clean is basically no fried food, junk food, butter, sugary stuff (this in moderation as i can't give it up completely). Its lots of veggies fruits lean proteins and complex carbs.

  20. Thx I am already a stalker on all that hahahaha. But I would love to see how big of a portion and how many meals, snacks you eat. Also I think the mix of foods during the day is really interesting. I feel I eat too much :( Even though it is healthy.

Are you a person that even gains weight? You seem to be a "skinny girl" by nature. I can't imagine you ever getting chubby.

  24. You look awesome!!! I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I'm SO ready to not feel fat anymore- can't wait until it's actually an obviously baby bump. How long after you had baby did you wait to get back into your exercise routine? Do you do yoga?
