I LOVE these turkey meatballs from Traders. I think I posted on them last year but thought I would reshare for my newer followers. They are pre cooked, a great source of protein and DELISH! If you pack a lunch for work, I would take three of these with 1/2 cup of brown rice and a side salad!
Pretty much 5 days out of the week i'm having high fiber / low sugar cereal with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I also switch it up with some instant oatmeal and berries as well.With a new baby and little time to myself this is my go to healthy fiber filled breakfast.
Here are some of my favorite cereal picks. They have tons of fiber and definitely keep me full! If these are too healthy for you try adding a half a box of raisins to the cereal.
Prepping for the week...Cutting up all the Strawberries and grilling up my organic Wild Salmon so its ready to go whenever I'm hungry. Prepping and having healthy options on hand always makes it easier to stay on track!
